So I played the heck out of the borderlands series, upgraded to an Xbox one and sold my Xbox 360. I only just bought the handsome collection as it was on special and I figured, why not.

However, I have no saves on my Xbox one, which is fair enough. My sister still has a 360 so figured I could download my profile with the borderlands game saves on it, upload to the cloud and sync it with the Xbox one. But it doesn't seem to work like that.

I was under the impression downloading profiles downloaded game saves too. Am I wrong, and have I lost my old saves completely?

Sorry to hear that you have deleted your games saves.. I always copy important game saves to the cloud so i have a backup incase something happens.

As for using your friends game save, that is against the Xbox Live code of Conduct as it's deemed as cheating.
